An Artful Carnival Tour

This year, to kick-off the start of the “Coolest Celebration on Earth,” 13 Saint Paul restaurants will help promote the Winter Carnival by participating in, “An Artful Carnival Tour.”
The tour will follow a sculpture through various bars and restaurants throughout Saint Paul. The centerpiece for the tour is a steel sculpture made by local artist, Rabi Sanfo. Rabi’s “Queen of the Snows” sculpture will travel to a different location each weekday, from January 7 – 25. As the sculpture travels around the city, each location will be offering various specials to those who mention “Winter Carnival.” The sculpture will be auctioned off on the Winter Carnival website following the promotion.
