On Friday, February 26, the651  stopped by Pazzaluna and met with Executive Chef, Wil Borgstrom.  Wil prepared a signature Pazzaluna dish that you could re-create at home…if you dare!

Wil arranged porcini mushroom-crusted veal medallions on linguine with garlic butter, sauteed mushrooms and spinach, topped off with roasted tomato butter sauce.
